Foi aqui que tudo começou. Expressionism é a série que marcou o início da caminhada autoral de Juca Máximo — um mergulho direto na emoção, no gesto e no drama do ser. Criado em uma casa com sete mulheres, a intensidade dessas presenças formou o terreno sensível onde sua arte encontrou raízes.
Nesta série, os rostos se diluem, se contorcem e se multiplicam em camadas, fluxos e rastros — não como fragmentação, mas como revelação da potência do sentir em seu estado mais cru. Inspirado pela filosofia de Schopenhauer, Juca não representa o mundo como ele é, mas como ele é vivido por dentro. A vontade — inconsciente, indomável, vital — pulsa nas telas. As figuras que cria não são estáticas: elas habitam o centro do drama da existência.

This is where it all began. Expressionism marks the starting point of Juca Máximo’s artistic journey — a direct plunge into emotion, gesture, and the drama of being. Raised in a household with seven women, the intensity of those presences shaped the sensitive ground where his art took root.
In this series, faces dissolve, contort, and multiply in layers, flows, and traces — not as fragmentation, but as a revelation of the raw power of feeling. Inspired by the philosophy of Schopenhauer, Juca does not depict the world as it is, but as it is experienced from within. The will — unconscious, untamed, vital — pulses through the canvas. The figures he creates are not static: they inhabit the center of the drama of existence.

Cada traço carrega a tensão entre o desejo e a dor — entre o que se anseia e o que se suporta. As formas se torcem como se a alma quisesse escapar da carne, revelando emoções que desafiam qualquer lógica. A estética aqui não busca agradar — busca desvelar.
Each stroke carries the tension between desire and suffering — between what is longed for and what is endured. The forms twist as if the soul wanted to escape the flesh, revealing emotions that defy all logic. Aesthetics here does not aim to please — it aims to unveil.

Essas figuras estão em metamorfose.
A multiplicidade de rostos que emerge de um único corpo não revela uma identidade — revela muitas. Seres que sentem, pensam, se entregam e se desfazem no mesmo segundo. Como espelhos quebrados, cada fragmento carrega uma verdade do ser.
Expressionism também é um grito silencioso — contra os olhares que nos moldam desde fora. Aqui, cada figura se recompõe à sua maneira: instável, fluida, em ebulição. Ela ecoa nas cores, se dissolve no gesto e renasce no caos.

Write Your Story is not a portrait — it’s a mirror in motion. It is not a The multiplicity of faces emerging from a single body reveals not one identity, but many. Beings who feel, reflect, surrender, and dissolve in the same instant. Like shattered mirrors, each fragment holds a truth of the self.
Expressionism is also a silent cry — against the gazes that shape us from the outside. Here, each figure rebuilds itself in its own way: unstable, fluid, in eruption. It echoes in colors, dissolves in gesture, and is reborn in chaos.story told — it is a story being written, from the inside out. The woman here does not wait to be written. She re-creates, re-discovers, and re-writes herself.
三、一个流动的自我诗学
《写下你的故事》并非传统的肖像，而是一面流动的镜子。它不是被讲述的故事，而是正在书写中的生
这些人物正处于变形之中。从一个身体中浮现出的多个面孔，不是揭示一个身份，而是无数个“我”。他们感受、思索、投入、瓦解于同一瞬间。如破碎的镜子，每一片都映出真实自我的一部分。《表现主义》也是一声无声的呐喊——反抗那些自外而来的目光所施加的形塑。在这里，每个角色都以自己的方式重构自身：不稳定、流动、沸腾。色彩中有她的回响，动作中有她的消解，混沌中有她的重生。
命篇章。画中的女性不再等待被定义。她自我重塑、自我发现、自我书写。
